Cloud Migration Services

Transition to the cloud with confidence. We provide end-to-end migration services that move your applications, data, and infrastructure securely, efficiently, and with minimal business disruption.

Is Your On-Premise Infrastructure a Liability?

Legacy systems can be a major drain on resources, hindering your ability to innovate and compete in a fast-paced digital world.

High Capital & Operational Costs

The endless cycle of purchasing, maintaining, and upgrading physical hardware is a massive capital expense. Add to that the costs of power, cooling, and specialized IT staff, and your total cost of ownership skyrockets.

Lack of Agility & Scalability

Procuring and provisioning new servers can take weeks or months, killing your momentum. You can't scale resources up or down to meet fluctuating demand, leading to either wasted capacity or poor performance.

Maintenance Overhead & Downtime Risk

Your IT team spends most of its time on routine maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting hardware issues instead of driving innovation. A single hardware failure can lead to significant, costly downtime.

Our Strategic Migration Framework: The 6 R's

We follow a proven methodology to determine the best path for each of your applications, ensuring a successful and cost-effective transition.

Re-host ("Lift and Shift")

We move your application from your on-premise servers to a cloud infrastructure (IaaS) with minimal changes. This is the fastest migration path, ideal for legacy systems or when you need to exit a data center quickly.

Re-platform ("Lift and Reshape")

We make a few cloud-specific optimizations during the migration to improve performance or cost-efficiency, such as moving from a self-managed database to a managed cloud database service (e.g., Amazon RDS).

Re-factor / Re-architect

We fundamentally re-imagine how the application is architected and developed, typically using cloud-native features. This is ideal for applications where scalability, performance, and agility are key drivers.

Re-purchase

We help you move from a perpetual license to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This often involves migrating from an on-premise CRM or ERP to a cloud-based solution like Salesforce or a cloud ERP.

Retire

During the discovery phase, we identify applications that are no longer needed. Decommissioning these applications can lead to immediate cost savings in both infrastructure and licensing.

Retain

Some applications may not be ready for migration due to compliance, latency, or cost reasons. We help you identify these and implement a hybrid cloud model, keeping them on-premise while integrating with cloud services.

Our End-to-End Migration Journey

A phased approach ensures a smooth, predictable, and successful migration from start to finish.

Phase 1: Assessment & Discovery

This is the most critical phase. We perform a deep analysis of your entire IT portfolio, including infrastructure, application dependencies, and performance metrics. We create a detailed inventory and work with you to define the business case, TCO analysis, and a high-level migration strategy for each application based on the 6 R's.

Phase 2: Detailed Planning & Design

We create a detailed migration plan, including the target cloud architecture, security and compliance controls, and a wave plan that groups applications into logical migration units. We design the landing zone—the secure, multi-account cloud environment—where your workloads will live, configured with networking, identity management, and security policies.

Phase 3: Migration & Validation

Our team executes the migration wave by wave. We use automated tools to move servers, databases, and data. After each migration, we conduct rigorous testing—including functional, performance, and security testing—to ensure the application works as expected in its new environment. We validate against the success criteria defined in the planning phase.

Phase 4: Cutover, Optimization & Management

Once validation is complete, we perform the final cutover, switching DNS and routing traffic to the new cloud environment. Post-migration, our work continues. We focus on optimizing the environment for cost and performance, implementing robust monitoring and alerting, and providing managed services to ensure your cloud operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Migration FAQs

Your questions about moving to the cloud, answered.

The timeline varies greatly depending on the complexity and number of applications. A simple "lift and shift" of a few applications might take a few weeks. A large-scale migration involving re-architecting complex systems can take several months to a year. Our wave-based approach ensures you see value early and often.
We use several strategies to minimize downtime. For databases, we use continuous data replication to keep the on-premise and cloud databases in sync until the final cutover. For applications, we often use a blue-green deployment strategy where the new cloud environment is running in parallel with the old one, allowing for instant, risk-free cutover. All migrations are scheduled during low-traffic maintenance windows.
For most businesses, yes. The cloud eliminates large upfront hardware costs (CapEx) and replaces them with a pay-as-you-go model (OpEx). More importantly, it reduces indirect costs related to maintenance, staffing, and power. Our TCO analysis during the assessment phase will give you a clear picture of the potential savings.
The best provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) depends on your specific needs. Factors include your existing technology stack (e.g., Microsoft shops often lean towards Azure), required services, pricing models, and team expertise. As a cloud-agnostic partner, we provide an unbiased recommendation based on a thorough analysis of your requirements.
